Part of the colourful goings on on the South Bank of the Thames during the warmer evenings.
The whole place (South Bank and, the Jubilee Bridge and over to Embankment tube station) has a real Dickensian feeling about it with all sorts of visitors and shady characters going about their business as dusk closes in
